Today is the fifth day of my missing period but this morning after an orgasm i felt a really bad cramp that last 10-15 min. I thought it was because the penetration, but now after touching myself the cramping repeated, but in less intensity. Now i fear im pregnant and in risk of another ectopic (i had one 3 years ago caused by an inflammation).

My next appointment is the 13th... should i take an antinflamatory?, just in case or i just overreacting?
