multi vitamins?

opinions on taking a women's multi vitamins? my doctor recommended it. does anyone with heavy periods take iron supplements? I lose a lot of blood and energy on my periods. I'm not pregnant, not trying to get pregnant, yes on birth control. just wondering if others take daily multi vitamins?

Answer

I try and take a multivitamin daily, but most days I forget. I will go through periods of doing great taking it daily and then slip off for a month or two. When I feel low energy or like I may be getting sick, I make sure to start my multivitamin. If your doctor recommends, you should try and start taking one.
