Postpartum trick for vaginal delivery!
Ladies: I'm two weeks post delivery, and have top and bottom stitches from a vaginal delivery...very hard to find a comfortable seat, but this evening I sat on my baby's BOPPY and it was truly divine comfort.
Took all the pressure off...I had been sitting on our firm sectional and it was really aggravating it!!! Hope you find this as comfortable as I do. Happy recoveries 👍😁
