heating pad!!! it's been my life saver! CVS has a microwavable PEAS pad and it's been amazing!

Exercise ball helps me. If I’m in bed, I stretch out the arm and leg on whatever side he’s pushing against. Works most of the time!

Following! I've just started feeling him in my ribs and it is NOT fun! I try switching positions but nothing is helping!
