How long did you take you all to conceive?

Just a wondering mind. Me and my husband have been together a little over 6 years now. Although we have not tried to conceive, it would seem like something would have happened but hasn’t. So I get to wondering is something wrong.

It took us 2 cycles (basically 2 months) once we actively started trying. First month we just tracked ovulation in the app. Second month we got more serious about it... started BBT tracking and OPKs. Worked well as we found out we were pregnant right after that. Unfortunately lost the baby at 7 weeks :(. 
If you're not trying it's not that easy... from what I've read the timing has to be close to perfect in relation to your ovulation so most likely you are just fine!

over a year with my 1st. 2 months with my 2nd. 2 WEEKS with my 3rd (ended in MC) and 3 months with my 4th. x

It took my boyfriend and I 2 months after I was off of BC the first time. Hoping it’ll be as quick the second time!

All your all’s posts really help. Cause he’s like what if he can’t have kids and I’m like we face that when we get there. And he’s like how do you know it hasn’t came yet. I said I don’t really but it can a while for conceive.....and my husband works a way now for his job so we don’t see each other except on weekends so it’s gonna be hard to even actively try. I always thought it was because I don’t eat healthy enough or anything like that.

on average, it takes a couple a year actively trying to concieve. a doctor usually won't even discuss fertility testing until you've actively tried for a year too. it took my husband and I 2.5 years to concieve our first- baby dust to you that your journey is shorter.

Been with my partner for 9 years, never used protection. After two years we started ttc properly and nothing happened. Took us 6 years and lots of fertility help to conceive our twins which we lost last year at 12 weeks. Been ttc for a fourth 11 months with no success yet x
