Can you miss periods when you start running?


I've been working on a couch to 5k for the last 2 weeks. I'm overweight, by the way, from two previous pregnancies and from donuts 😜.

Though I'm still at the beginning of the couch to 5k, I work my butt of for those 60-90 second intervals of running between walking intervals.

Im on CD33 and looks like I'm having no period but also BFN. Do you think my body may not have periods (or ovulate) with a sudden exercise change? Even if it's not like I'm running long distances? I'm 32 by the way.

TTC but also trying to lose weight. Hopefully they're not mutually exclusive. 🤷🏼‍♀️
