Would you be mad if you found out your bf is actually trans because he didn’t tell you from the start?

I’m so conflicted rn. Please don’t judge me with “if you loved him you wouldn’t care” things. I know I love him but idk is it wrong that I feel like I should’ve been informed when we started dating?
I found out after meeting his parents and they showed me his pics as a child assuming I knew that he was a trans. We’ve been together for 7 months idk what to do. What do you think I should do?

I wouldnt have an issue with the trans part but the lying and for that long id have an issue with. Trust is HUGE for me and if you lie i cant trust you 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would be pissed! I don't care what anybody says, I'm not down with being with a trans bc first of all its just not my thing, second of all, if I wanted to have kids of my own with them one day,  well now I just wasted my time.  Ppl can do what they want with their lives, no hate to the trans community but yes they should tell who they are dating right off the bat. Also Ppl have different beliefs, if you want to be trans than fine, but don't assume everyone is going to accept you the way you are, be respectful of others preferences and beliefs. Hiding it is just creating a bigger issue with the trans community being accepted. No one wants to feel tricked. Just bc you identify as a different gender, doesnt mean you are biologically so you can't think everyone is going to want to date you as the gender you identify with,  just saying. Call me a bigot if you want, oh well. I would be friends with trans, I would hire trans, but dating trans isn't  my preference so yes I would want to know.

wow everyone is so mad about this... listen, that kind of stuff can be really difficult for trans people to talk about and maybe he felt like if you knew, you wouldn't see him as a "real" man or something...
my husband is trans and I love him with every cell in my body and we will still have kids and I UNDERSTAND how hard it can be to talk about sometimes. we have been together for 4 years, and it was over a year before he was able to talk to be about those things. I do not hold it against him. TRY to have some sympathy for this guy.

Yikes... if it was me I'd break it off just MY opinion because 1 he needs to learn the hard way you CANT just start dating someone and not tell them  who you really are and how they became who they're today. That's fucked up id be turned off and would say bye. He basically was "scared" which I wouldn't even forgive because that's a BOGUS EXCUSE but he was prolly all scared to tell you because you would of prolly left in his eyes so he kept it a secret and would of for as long as he could but now the cats out the bag and I'd be gone. But that's my opinion. Sorry this happened to you. I dont like starting relationships based on lies even though that was his past that's VERY important for you to know right away before things got serious.

Talk to him. Sometimes it can be downright dangerous for trans people to come out. Maybe he was waiting until a certain time to tell you and his parents outed him first.

On the sole fact that he hid this from you for so long because he was obviously afraid to share would make me leave. Having a problem with trans people, and being lied to about the reality of things are 2 different animals.
