Plugged milk ducts
Is anyone else dealing with plugged milk ducts or mastitis? I am in so much pain! I need a magic trick to get this thing out. So far I’ve been pumping, nursing, massaging. I tried nursing on all fours and using a compress. Nothing seems to be working. Help!
