Pains and acne

Hey everyone I’m 16 and I’ve been getting cramps since I first started my period, age 12. When I get it my face goes terrible not that it’s any good anyway does anyone have any ways to reduce acne and period pain? Please only suggest if under $50 thank you ☺️
