Thanksgiving... Yikes : /

Erica

I'm hosting thanksgiving for the first time and have zero experience cooking a large meal with so many dishes. I plan on writing out a schedule and shopping ahead of time. I'm a little sad that it's looking like a lot of stuff will have to be store bought and not made from scratch just because I don't want to mess anything up. My in-laws are coming from out of town and they are extremely critical of everything I do. If anything goes wrong with the meal, even if it wasn't my fault they'll blame me and report the failure back to the rest of his family. I care about that a little but I care more about making our first thanksgiving (husband, baby, and I) a good experience. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any way I can cut corners but still have good quality (i.e. specific premade gravy brand, bake rolls a day ahead of time, etc)?
