C section advise?

Today marks 3 weeks until my scheduled csection. Any mamas out there have advise for an extremely nervous first time mom? I'm terrified of having the csection!

(i had 3 sections). is tylenol dose of 1000 mg every 6 hours with Advil  at same time for 3 to 4 weeks. it does not affect breast milk and you can function. first 2 weeks you may be very stiff. take it easy but also make time to move.  watch out for hot spots or warmer areas on c section scar. this is always an indication of (severe) infection.  if you are bleeding or severely weeping from scar get help fast.  just relax.  they use pain killers while you are having surgery. normally c sections are routine.

Get granny panties and pants that don't hit the incision line. I had an emergency csection and wasn't prepared. Take your time moving around but get up and walk when you can. I slept on couch for 1st weeks bc bed was too high. Ask for help :) good luck mama
