I’m really trying to get back in shape. I don’t want to lose too much weight. I want to tone out my stomach. I really need some food plan ideas and workout routines. The problem I have is, my knee dislocates very easily (waiting to schedule surgery). So it’s hard for me to go to a gym since I can’t use most of the machines, and I can’t run. I really need some help here please.
