my bf and I, moved on saturday with our 1 year old and it was such a ass whooping to move all our belongings but we were able to do it all on the day. the bad thing is my bf didn't call to set up heat because he forgot, then left his phone once and idk what. we have a small heater so I thought we would be able to manage with that. when he tried calling on the weekend it was closed so we had to wait til today. this morning he called just to be told that we won't have heat til 6-8 WEEKS! I'm not sure how it works or w.e but apparently this house doesn't have what it needs to set up heat? I'm not sure exactly what's wrong but im so devasted. I'm fucken cold. I had to wash my babies bottle with cold water and my fingers are freezing n hurting. the little heater is doing so lil to keep us warm and the room. it helps if we have our jacket/sweather on and socks, etc. I'm just tired of being in this small room my daughter doesn't walk yet so she can't even crawl on the floor just around the bed and I have to constantly chase her so she doesn't fall off. I keep stepping out to see what I can organize but I end running back to the room cus it's so dam cold. now we have to go back and live with parents and take some things we really need. I just want to leave RIGHT NOW because I haven't slept well, our DD has been sleeping with us but she's a crazy sleeper always moving around. I feel so achey and moody. I haven't showered or showered her either cus no hott water): we can't use the stove, nothing. I am just mad we should of called ahead then we would of known but my bf is also mad at his parents for not knowing about this. his mom was such in a hurry to have us move out i guess to pay rent but me n bf aren't paying rent if nothing even works 😐😐 ugh..can this day be over?
