dermatographia urticaria- anyone have this?

Does anyone else have this? I have over active histamine response which causes my skin to get raised and itchy with light scratches or like one of the pictures I slapped my leg and the hand print comes out. It stays like that for like 20 minutes and disappears. Please note this isn't self harm. The other picture was just light scratches with a pen cap not even enough to break a layer of skin, does not hurt, and goes away. Dying to know if anyone has been diagnosed with this before and what you were prescribed or recommended . I'm self diagnosed,but it's quite obvious what it is. I've had this for 2 years.
