Crazy headaches 13 weeks! Solutions?
Hi all!
I have been suffering now for about two weeks with headaches that last nearly all day long every day. I drink a TON of water, I have normal BP, and I have a little caffeine everyday to avoid caffeine headaches.
I don’t want to take Tylenol too much even though it is listed safe there are links to ADHD.
Any one have natural solutions?
I’ve rubbed Vick’s on my temples and that helps but can’t use It while at work.
