Weight gain tips
Hey everyone! I’m 24! I’m about 5’2” at 110 lbs. My sophomore year in college i weighed 125 lbs which was the most i’ve ever weighed. I somehow lost the weight over the years and i really want to be back to that weight. I eat a lot throughout the day anywhere from 5-7 small meals a day. I work retail so being on my feet is probably going into account as to why I can’t keep any weight on. Any tips/advice on how to gain weight and keep it on. Not insecure but i just want to put on a few more lbs for myself.
