Go or reschedule??

So I have my very first obgyn appointment on Wednesday but I'll be on my period. Do you usually go while on af or should I reschedule?  I'm new to this and its embarrassing sorry if its a dumb question 😅

Call and ask, every doctor is different. If you're going to be bleeding heavily that day, reschedule, especially if you're needing a Pap smear

I’ve gone to appointments on my period before. First time I’ve called just to make sure it was ok. And they said it was.... as long as if I wasn’t super super heavy.

I've always been told to reschedule if you're on your period. You could call and ask  :)
