Pregnancy symptoms before implantation?

Sooo I’m 2DPO and having mild cramps in my lower abdomen all day. This is totally unusual for me. I barely get cramps even with AF. Obviously I know it’s super early to be able to tell, but could this be a good sign? We BD 5 days out of my fertile window.
