Nervous first time mama

I got my BFP today and I am excited but extremely extremely nervous. I called my doctor and he said he didn’t want to see me until November 21. Didn’t want to draw an hcg yet or anything. Is this normal!? I’m trying to remain calm so my sweet bean can grow but I’m kind of overthinking everything
