Question
I Chart my BBT every morning around 6:30am. This morning I woke up at 5:55. My temperature was 36.1 Celsius ( 96.98F) . Then I went back to sleep. And woke up again at 6:50. Temperature went up to 36.5 Celsius (97.7F).
Does it mean I Ovulated within the last hour ?
Which temperature should I put down for today?
Note: I measured twice after 8am. It was 36.5 and 36.4
