I just got diagnosed with PCOS.. my periods aren’t THAT irregular, but this month I’m two weeks late.. *hpt’s are all negatives.*

I’m having a constant pain in my right lower abdomen, so uncomfortable that I can’t really sleep well at night. I went to the ER, and there was no sign of UTI, or appendicitis- which is what I thought it was, because my bowel movements have been green (sorry, tmi), I can’t stay out of the bathroom, and I’ve been very nauseous... so I guess my question here is- is this just a side effect to PCOS? Or should I asked to be checked again?
