You could’ve just ovulated a couple of days before you thought or had two surges in one cycle. This doesn’t necessarily mean multiple pregnancy but it’s still possible.

My test and HCG level didn’t make me suspect twins. It wasn’t until the two dreams and the confirm in ultrasound that I️ discovered it was twins.
