Per BMI yes it’s overweight, but the BMI chart doesn’t take into consideration your body type/level of physical activity you perform. I weigh 174 and wear a size 10/12. I have friends who also weigh this and are my height that are size 8 and some who are size 16. I wouldn’t so much pay attention to weight as I would size. If you’re wanting to work on your body, don’t watch the scale. Measure your success in inches lost.

I’m 5’6 and pregnant now but my happy weight pre-baby was 140-145.... I was 170 at my heaviest, and that was overweight. I didn’t like the way I looked, and my doctor recommended losing some weight.
