Confused 😔Help🙂

So during my ovulation week I became ver sick nauseous,hot flashes,puking no appetite,back pain 🤦🏽‍♀️ but now the week after I have back pain,always hungry,always sleepy,constipated but no nausea,hot flashes or puking AF is due 11/10 today is 11/06 and usually my boobs are hurting so bad and I'm constantly having a bow movement...could I be pregnant 🤷🏽‍♀️
