I'm having trouble NOT losing weight. I've always been very petite but when I was pregnant my legs and bum got a bit bigger which I was very happy with. Now here I am at 107lbs just 7 months PP trying to add calories to my diet just to keep up.

No, I continued losing baby weight for the first 4 months of breastfeeding. I just made sure I was eating healthy. I ate a lot though! The book Real Foods for Mother and Baby by Nina Planck is really great if you don’t know what you should be eating. By 4 months I was back to my ideal/pre-baby weight.

Yes but mainly because of eating a ton of chocolate, especially during night feeds!

I ate a TON!!! But it actually helped me get back to my pre pregnancy weight by about 2 months postpartum. I’m praying it’s the same way this time around. Granted, the first time I was a cow and fed 2 babies at once
