Nutritionists told me if I want to loose weight I need to eat more calories.

So for a bunch of years I have been desperately trying to loose weight.

One of my pillows is likely infused with my tears from all the times the scale didn't move one freaking pound.

I cut back on carbs, added veggies, didn't drink soda. Drink a gallon and a half of water each day. Went on walks every day. Did cardio twice a week, did weights twice a weeks.. nothing

I eventually saw a nutritionist, who asked me to keep a food diary for two weeks. But I didn't need to because I already had all my stuff on my phone. We added all the stuff up and she tells me I'm only eating 900-1000 calories a day. She says that in order to lost weight I need to eat more, 500 calories extra according to my height and weight and bones and muscle mass stuff.

So I'm like 'what?'

So here I am trying to Register how eating more actually helps you lost weight. I've heard both sides. 'If you burn blah blah blah more than you eat you will ALWAYS lose weight'. Then I've heard the whole 'oh no that's starvation mode, you have to eat this blah blah blah'. Its like no body can make up their damn mind

I'm not doubting that I eat that little. I am technically hypoglycemic from time to time (NOT diabetic)

The idea of eating more kinda freaks me out a bit. Im rarely hungry so I eat when I'm hungry. Ive been adding extra food here and there but it makes me so nauseous lol.

She also told me 'not to go crazy with the extra calories' because i should continue to eat healthy. Which ruins my plan of adding a slice of cake everyday lol jk jk.

So here I am typing this because I CANNOT figure out what I'm going to have for dinner. And I'm struggling with figuring out what to eat everyday. I tried meal prep last year...and I will not do it again.

Any of you fabulous ladies have to go through this? Tips? Encouragement?
