i been spotting since the 1st of November very light & its only when i wipe off and on but today is when i was supposed to start af but it was heavy then went away nothing came back no spotting or anything. could that been af the last few daya or implantation bleeding confused. been trying to conceive 2-3 years now but no luck any that will help me out to help conceive a 🚼 🚼
