Is it possible to know you’re pregnant 2 weeks along? Just wondering because my ex best friend says she’s pregnant but she’s known to be a pathological liar

there is no such thing as being 2 weeks pregnant. at that point, the egg would have only be fertilized. you are not "pregnant" until the egg had implanted and it starts producing pregnancy hormones.
