tmi question about a d and c.

hi, i had a d and c about 2 months ago, iam bleeding so bad now its been 7 days of heavy af bright red and clots and cramps, there is no sign of it stopping, doctor think i might have to have another d and c? has anyone gone through this what was your outcome, did you ever concieve again and had a successful pregnancy? im scared that i wont be able to have another child.
