I took a sleeping pill the other night to help me sleep. And I had a horrifying dream. I don’t remember much but I thought I woke up and I couldn’t move, I couldn’t breathe. My husband was next to me and I swear I saw him get up to pee. I started screaming hysterically and he shook me awake. I was hyperventilating for an hour. Before he woke me up I swear I was crumpled in a ball making this weird noise trying to tell him I needed him to wake me up. But my arms were broken and flipped all over the place and my head was twisted and the noise I made.. I can’t get it out of my head. I’m so terrified to sleep it’s been days... :/
