Fertilaid or One a Day couples pack??

Can I take the Fertilaid & the new One a Day together? If not any opinions of which one I should try first!

I almost got Fertilaid until I read reviews saying how it threw women's cycles way out of wack (from 30 day cycles to 45-70 day cycles. Something absurd). My husband takes Fertilaid for men though. 
I take the parental from the couples pack (prenatal 1 is the standalone bottle).
