My boyfriend first told me he loved me when we were at my house. I was actually letting him out the door. He kissed me and then said “i love you”. I just felt so loved and appreciated and I was so magically holding onto that moment that I forgot to say it back! 😭😭 The next morning I told him I love him too. I still feel awful about it and it’s been a whole year now.

1 & 3... I definitely FELT like I meant it, but we were young and we’d only been dating a few weeks. looking back I don’t think I had truly grown to love him yet (that happened gradually 😌 and I still feel like love means something new to me every day).
