So for the past couple of weeks I have been feeling off headaches ,being nauseous, dizziness and my boobs are swollen

So this week I I got wat I thought was my first period since I got the Mirena iud ( had it for a year with spotting in between ) but this time I started spotting brown which hasn't happen since insertion but it then turns red then to light pinkish red color it wasn't heavy I didn't need to wear a tampon or a pad and lasted 3 days, but what is worrying me is now when I wake up I have a killer migraine...this morning when I woke up I couldn't get out of bed cuz I felt like I would faint and I keep having this heavy feeling like I have to poop but I know I don't have to poop but it constantly feels like I have to. I also sometimes feel a dull pain in my left leg .

I also have been very emotional all I want to do is sleep ... I'm just feeling off and I'm really really bloated
