Ultrasound Report- 6w no HB

Hi Ladies, I'm putting this out there in the hope that maybe one of you has been through a similar situation before. I'm trying to hold onto hope, even when the doctors don't seem to be! My little one is measuring at 6w2d no HB, rescan next week. But in the meantime, please tell me if anyone can see some positivity in the report they gave me. Seeing the words "Appearances suspicious for a missed abortion" is devastating 😔💔
