Pill - Exact time every day ?!?!

Should I take the pill at the EXACT time everyday. So say I started by taking it 10:15 pm can I take it at 10:30 the next day? Or 10:45? Also does it reduce your sex drive?

For most effectiveness, each day you should take your pill in the same hour that you usually do. So say each day you can take it between 10pm-11pm. The pill took away my sex drive

As long as you take it within an hour you’ll be fine I personally didn’t have much of a sex drive before going on it but ive noticed no change there i cant really comment on that though since I really wasn’t sexually driven before 😅

You have a two hour window to take it in without any problems. I try to take mine within fifteen minutes of the time, just because I like a schedule. But it can vary. I was an hour late tonight.

Note: you need to take into account things like the time change, or if you're traveling. Your body does not adjust for the clock! For instance, I've been taking mine at 11:15 pm, because that's when I start to head to bed. Now, because of the time change, I have to take it at 10:15 pm . . . Little bit frustrating, but it's okay.

If you travel, say, to California, you need to take that into account​, so if you typically take it at 11:15 pm, you would take it at 8:15 pm their time. And so on. Not too complicated
