Things I️ can and can’t have while pregnant.
This is my second pregnancy and I’m 17 weeks, it drives me crazy how there’s always something new that I️s bad to eat or drink while pregnant. It’s hard to keep up, on top of that I’m Hispanic so there’s always superstitious family or friends telling me be careful with this or don’t eat that it can harm the baby.
The newest one was I️ didn’t know Aloe Vera juice was bad while pregnant, but if you search it some sites say it’s bad and some say it has health benefits for baby. How’s a momma suppose to eat without fearing that something will harm her unborn child.
