I’m happy but I was a tad disappointed

So I’m expecting baby number two on March 29th 2018.

My first born (daughter) has just made 2 on October 9th.

When I found out we were pregnant I was just ecstatic. Naturally you could assume we wanted a boy this go around, which is true.

While I had hopes on having a boy, I just had a feeling that it would be a girl. Don’t get me wrong I will love this child unconditionally and forever. The gender wasn’t a big issue I was just hoping of having one of each sex. Also my niece was just born and just made 5 months so yeah we have a girl over load. Everyone was rooting for a boy but deep down we all knew the truth lol.

Today I go for my level two ultrasound and gender scan with my sister in law. We both are so nervous and silent during the scan you could hear a pin drop. As the ultrasound technician is doing the scan she ask do we want to know the sex, we say yes and a few seconds go by and she says congrats it’s a Girl!!!!! Me and my sister in law were like we knew it lol. It’s crazy because everyone I know that’s pregnant 10+ people are all pregnant with boys and due around the same time as me lol I thought I was going to be part of boy season but hey maybe next time. Anyways I’m excited my daughter is having a little sister but iknow I’m in for a wild ride lol my daughter is 2 acting 22. Lol ima have grey hair before i hit 30. I’m really excited now because I can finally buy baby stuff and plan my baby shower.
