my husband is looking after our baby, he just messaged me to say he's done a poo and that he has called him mom who lives 10 minutes away to come to our house and change it. He's changed poos in the past but would you be mad if your husband did this? I'm fucking furious and I said he was an embarrassment for doing it and he's not speaking to me?

If i asked my mom to change my babys( i dont have one lol) diaper shed laugh then hang up on me. Why couldn’t he do it??

I’d be annoyed. Laziness isn’t okay as a parent. You’re allowed to feel upset by that.

we dont have any kids yet but I think I'd be annoyed. It's kind of ridiculous. I mean poo is never nice. but it's part of being a parent isn't it.

yeah I'd be extremely irritated. it takes a few minutes. it's gross but suck it up. we live in apartments and have to pick up after my dog.  my husband used to gag and almost throw up and now that I'm pregnant,  so do I sometimes! both take her out and pick it up,  even though he could easily say she's my dog,  not his

He is new at this. Give him time. My husband used to hate to change diapers because he had no experience ever doing it before. Now he is a pro. And (hardly🤣) ever complains.

My friends husband gags every time he changes his kids diaper. Like he acts like he’s actually going to puke and that annoys me. So yes I would be pretty annoyed.
