i can't FU***** sleep i keep getting up to pee and feel very uncomfortable in bed. I'm also super nausious

Don’t drink any liquids after 5-6 pm at the latest and that should help!

I am 14 weeks and I’ve been sleeping on the couch since 8 weeks. I’m uncomfortable no matter what but at least my hubs gets a good night sleep and can go to work without issues.
