So I'm a dummy and haven't been pumping for the last month now I need milk and the supply I had has been used up so I will be supplementing with formula for the first time ever today and I'm kind of nervous. My daughter will be 4 months in 3 days and I've been thinking about weaning her at 6 months since I have been lazy about pumping and I just want my own body back soon. Its been awesome ebf but I really hope today goes well
