9DPO/ 10 DPO...so confused please help!

Below I’ve posted my test from the last 3 mornings...i swear I see a vvfl and it’s not getting any stronger. Idk if maybe I’m off on my days and I’m actually a day behind on ovulation. I had a positive surge on 10/29. This morning I’m super nausea and my temps have stayed at 98.0 and 98.2 for the past week. Has anyone went through this and got a positive or am I out this month 😔
