How many weeks pregnant am I really?

Question

My last period was September 20th-26th; so would that make me 7 weeks pregnant today? 
I get confused on trying to figure out how far along I am. 
This is my first pregnancy. 
Someone please help me figure this out.

My last period was Sept 15th and I will be 8 weeks tomorrow. So maybe around 7 ish.

You're 8 weeks tomorrow. It goes by the first day of your previous period, count foward from there, 40 weeks you're due. It will only change if your early ultrasounds show a discrepancy of a week or more.

lol might sound super strange but we are exactly the same. Last period was Sept. 20th except mine ended the 25th. Took a test at a clinic last week (Monday) they said I was 5 weeks and 5 days 😁

Honestly it depends on when you ovulated. My last period was on September 12th. I didn’t ovulate till October 2nd and I got confirmation with an ultrasound today that I’m only 7 weeks instead of 8 weeks like predicted. Most start you off with the 28 day cycle, ovulating on day 14. That doesn’t fit everyone. And sure as crap didn’t fit my 42 day cycle ovulating around day 21. When you go in they’ll take in to account you LMP and check the size to determine fetal age. Even then everything is a ballpark estimate you could deliver 2 weeks early or two weeks late. The actual likely hood of delivering on your due date is very small. So don’t get to caught up in the numbers girly, only thing ya need to worry about is your health and make sure your little baby is growing and healthy! 😊 congratulations by the way!!

You'd be about 8 weeks depending on when you implanted. But if you implanted later in your cycle like me, you could be anywhere from 6-8 weeks. I'd wait until your first doctors appointment to know for sure, but there are due date calculators you can use on google to get a good guess
