So I just left my doctors appointment and I got checked. I got told I'm 1cm and 30% effaced?? what does that mean? All she said was that whatever I'm doing to keep doing it! lol which is walking Even though I can't I push myself to do so lol. She was in a rush so I couldn't really ask her everything that I wanted to.

So what I'm really asking is.. is being effaced better than being dilated? or being dilated is better than being effaced?? which one is closer to labor starting?🤔🤔 I know I need both to deliver. FTM HERE Lol!!
