Can someone tell me what these symptoms sound like?

I had sore nipples the other day and my boobs just feel heavy and hurt but only for one day

Keep urinating a lot more but today it’s started to sting and hurt

Suffering with thrush which could explain the urination issue

Really emotional

I’m producing a lot of saliva

Have waves of feeling sick or like a ongoing butterfly feeling

Mild cramps

Random back spasms

I tested at 7&8dpo which came back negative so I’m wondering if there’s still a chance or I’m just getting my hopes up and my period will come😭😭

Period is due 14th of October 2017 but I have a bad feeling it’s not my month also discouraged by the negative test☹️

Didn’t realise it was so difficult to get pregnant! I hugely regret having a termination earlier this year and it makes me want it so much more and I shouldn’t have taken that pregnancy for granted☹️
