Do you agree that’s it’s a boy? I’ve only had girls so I’m not sure what I’m looking at. I’m 12 weeks. She said it’s early but that her guess is a boy.

At 12 weeks it’s still really early, I wouldn’t go out and buy a bunch of things for a boy if I were you just because at that point their genitalia looks very similar because the labia is usually swollen and the 3 lines are not very distinctive at that point

I am a Mum if 5 currently pregnant with #6. Now I have 3 sons and 2 daughters and I am currently 27+2 with another daughter.  The reason the tech said it’s a bit early to tell is because at 12 weeks the male and female nub looks remarkably similar.  I have  12 week ultrasounds of my daughters that look like this as well ( the 3 distinct lines shows up a bit later when the labia starts to develop more). She is taking an educated guess (which I would agree would be more educated than anyone on here) and could well most likely be correct, however my cousin was told this at 12 weeks also and found that at 19 weeks it was in fact a girl.  I hope that you get your little boy as being a mother of boys is awesome, just don’t go buying gender specific until it’s confirmed at your morphology scan.
