How long does your baby nap?

How long does your baby nap for? Mine is 11 weeks old and lately has only been napping for 30mins at a time. 😭

Same.. somewhere around 4 weeks my son went from 3 hours to 30 mins.. now he does anywhere from 20mins.. to 3 hours. He usually does 3 hours maybe twice a week? My son is now 14 weeks.

45 mins for a short nap and 2 hours for a long one. We try to cut down evening naps just before bedtime if they get too long.

Someone on here posted that babies have a 90 minute cycle so I tried it. It worked for us. Wake up, eat, play, nap. Naps are usually 20-45 minutes and then you start the 90 minutes over. She goes down without a fight after she's rocked for 5 minutes and now she's never over tired for bed. She'll go down around 730-8 and wake up around 8. She wakes up every 3 hours to eat, like she has since birth.

I’ve noticed with my LO he likes to take small 30 min naps. But he’s also developed a pattern from what I saw using the app. He will take two 30 min naps in the morning (one at 10:00am and bother at 11:30am) then he will have a two hour nap between 1:00pm-2:00pm. Then one last half hour nap at 5:00pm then its off to bed at 7:30pm.

I feel lucky... She sleeps ten hours at night and then after that she's been awake for two hours and sleeps for two hours all up until nighttime. She gets irritable when she's late by even 5 minutes for one of her naps :/

Yea at this age its coupla short naps from 30 mins to 45, and couple of long ones 2-3 hours
