alright, so i spend all night up sick... maybe tmi but i sit on the toilet with my head in the bucket.. 😖 anyway i feel okay to eat something small first thing in the morning but after that i am so dizzy and nauseous that even smelling food puts me down for an hour.. I will drink a glass of milk or 2 but other than that I drink water all day. my energy is at zero because I can't eat.. idk I've tried toast.. I'm tried crackers.. bananas... rice.. the "brat" diet as my grandmother calls it .. does anyone else have this problem? I was great till i hit 7 weeks.. now I'm a zombie.. gah...
