Confusion.
I Just went to my first ultrasound, thinking I’d be approx 10 weeks ish.. only to find out I’m 18w4d with my second. My daughters will only be 13 months apart. 💗 i didn’t know I was pregnant until two weeks ago.
I was breastfeeding and on the pill, got two “periods” and had zero symptoms
