Am I prego

I took a home test and got a super faint line after like a minute I set the test down and forgot to go back after a few more minutes to check it but I did go back after like an hour and it got considerably darker. I made an appointment today and even their urine test came back a super faint line 😩 I want to know what's going on!! What do you guys think?? My last period was August 9th but I got off Nexplanon 6 months ago and my period hasn't regulated at all
