We have been doing BLW for 3 weeks now and it is going so well!!! I️ talked to the daycare teachers about BLW and the way it works and everything, and finally felt comfortable last week to send some food with her for lunch. Well they end up posting this ..

They butchered my perfect finger-shaped roasted veggies!!! I️ was so annoyed. They said state licensing regulations require them to cut up food to that shape. I️ dont know of I️ buy it. Plus- it’s dangerous at her age to be eating such small pieces, not to mention very difficult bc her pincer grasp is not yet developed. Any suggestions? Do I️ wait until she is older and able to pick up smaller pieces like this? Or speak to the director?
